Are You Sure You Are Drinking Enough Water?

www.aosmithevimde.com/lily Are you sure you are drinking enough water? Your body may be sending you a message…

After oxygen, water is our second most important requirement for life. Water makes up 83% of our blood, 22% of our bones and 75% of our brain and muscles. Water generates electrical and magnetic energy in every cell of our body, providing us with vitality. An adult takes in an average of around 3 litres of water a day, including the water in food. Approximately 5 litres of blood circulate through our veins, and around 3 litres of that is water.

Match the water you drink to the water you use!

The body expels around 10 glasses of fluid a day to remove accumulated toxins and maintain its temperature balance. For a healthy body, it is therefore important to pay attention to the amount of healthy water we need each day.

We usually feel thirsty when we need water. Many people think a dry mouth is an early sign of dehydration. Unfortunately, by the time the mouth feels dry, dehydration is already advanced. In other words, water needs to be drunk immediately. This sensation may be less noticeable in cold weather. However, the body always needs water and may send us other messages to let us know:

What is our body telling us?

- Headaches: Headaches are among the most important signs of dehydration. Sometimes people take a painkiller for a headache and the pain goes away. In this case, the water taken with the painkiller has a greater effect than the painkiller itself. For this reason, drinking a large glass of water first is recommended when you have a headache.

- Depression: Too little water affects the amount of oxygen reaching the brain. This is because the brain uses 25% of the oxygen entering the body. If oxygen levels in the body fall, the brain is affected 10 times more severely. This suddenly disrupts the brain's acid–base balance.

- Dry Skin and Wrinkles: When daily water intake is insufficient, less water is sent to less important organs so that vital organs can continue to function. Our skin is less important than organs such as the heart and brain.

- Weight Gain: When toxins and other waste cannot be removed from the body, your metabolism cannot function as it should or burn fat. Therefore, if you do not want to gain weight, you should drink at least 2 litres of water every day.

Also,

- Rapid Breathing

- Muscle Cramps

- Constipation

- If you experience symptoms such as fatigue, pay attention to how much water you drink.
